Friendly efficient staff, and tasty food!!!

Quiet location - just off the beach and Charlestown with beautiful scenery, other attractions in the area and the restaurant.

My suite with bathroom accessories as well as a huge shower was elegant. This accommodation was in the secluded location in the delightful conservatory. The staff was really kind and nice and provided exceptional services.

We had a suite and it was elegant and luxurious. The staff were nice and the location was amazing.

Enjoyed the superior king room with nice molton brown products and the way it was setup. The location was quiet and absolutely ideal for me.

The units are stocked, a nice size with private terrace, the fridge \ kettle, as for instance. Very good service and the food is local.

We stayed in the standard queen room, it was stocked. Very good service, even though a few employees were a bit rude. A casual restaurant was an advantage.

The rooms were all compact and fashionable with a garden terrace, nice Molton Brown products and shower.

The breakfast was fresh with homemade granola and multiple cooked options as well as other bits to dip into, as for instance, and the team was amazingly attentive and kept the space fairly clean.

Exceptional service, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and robes, enjoyable pool, lovely pre-breakfast treats.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room itself was a nice size and had incredibly beautiful views onto the garden. There where a private terrace, a mini fridge, and coffee. The location was peaceful for traveling around St Austell, not far from the 

Everything was first-class, so where beautiful views of the garden. The location of the hotel was secluded, short walk to conservatory, the restaurant in the evening, and garden up to chalet. We visited nearby Mai Thai and tried their specialities. 

The breakfast was marvellous with wonderful sausages and view of the garden, you will not be disappointed. Had stunning and pleasant location in beautiful surroundings.
